Substitutions & Cancellations/Refund Policy
Substitutions are free of charge and accepted up to (5) days before the event commences. All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be received by direct email to mark.ryan@icongroupltd.com at least (3) weeks before the event commencement date to obtain a full credit note to the value of the participation fee. Non-attendance or non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. For any Cancellations made within 3 weeks prior to the event date, a Credit Note to the value of 50% of the booking rate will be issued. All credit notes can be used on any event up to two years from the issue date.
All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Icon Group Innovations Ltd., in connection with the events are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the advertised package Icon Group Innovations Ltd., reserves the right to change content, event dates, sites or location as deems necessary without penalty and no refunds shall be made.
